Exhibitors: The association’s members gather for continuing medical education at our Annual Conference where companies may exhibit and/or sponsor events, such as breaks, lunch and receptions. We encourage the participation of our corporate partners to allow our members to learn more about your products and services, and give you an opportunity to introduce new items into the Alabama market. If you have questions about the conference and marketing opportunities, please contact Erich Burbage at (334) 954-2515 or by e-mail at [email protected].

Call for Abstracts

In addition to the general education lectures and workshops that will be presented during the conference, we are including an opportunity for academic involvement by EM and PEM residents, fellows, and medical students.

A poster presentation session will take place on Wednesday, June 8. Presenters will have the opportunity to discuss their posters, answer questions, and share ideas with other attendees during the session. Posters describing original research, novel case presentations, educational interventions, patient safety initiatives, or administrative projects will be considered. Additionally, the top posters, as voted on by a judging committee, will receive a cash award. EM and PEM faculty members are also welcome to participate, and we are particularly interested in providing a supportive and enjoyable academic atmosphere. Poster abstracts should be submitted via here by Friday, May 1 at 5:00 p.m.
